Hi, I'm Marie Cleary and Welcome to ThirdSpace Consultants. We are a progressive business consultancy with expertise in strategy and people development. Our team designs and delivers customised programmes in High-Performance Team-Building, Leadership and Executive Coaching. We also facilitate strategic planning and change management processes to help you navigate the complexity and challenge of the post-Covid environment.

All of our work is evidence-based, blending cutting-edge research with our extensive knowledge of psychology, to provide interactive programmes that drive high performance and lasting impact.

Marie is the founder and director of ThirdSpace Consultants.

She has extensive experience working with senior management and their teams to deliver strategic management interventions, facilitate change, develop leaders and build high performance teams.

Her 20-year career has spanned both public and private sectors internationally, and she is a recognised expert in the areas of leadership development, facilitation, executive coaching and research. Her qualifications in business, education, finance and psychology, coupled with her previous roles in management of EU funding, gives her an expansive skillset to work in a variety of settings. She is currently completing Doctoral Studies on Future Skills.

Marie is a coaching psychologist with extensive experience as an executive coach and has worked at a senior level to assist clients resolve challenging issues, build resilience and enhance leadership capability. She is regularly invited to speak on the transformational power of coaching and its role in leadership development.

Léan Ní Chuinneagáin

Léan is a Management Consultant at ThirdSpace. Her current role is focused on sustainability strategy, training programme development and research.

She has a Master’s degree in International Business and a B.A Intl, in International Modern languages with a joint major in Spanish and Portuguese. She also has a first class honours in a second masters in Sustainable Development from UCD. Her background is in Business, Sustainability and Finance; She has previously worked as a business analyst and team lead in a sustainable start up focused on circular economy. She also has previous experience working on the Global Accounting Market Events team in BNY Mellon.

Dr. Mary Collins

Mary is a Chartered Psychologist and Executive Coach who has been working in the Leadership Development/Talent Management field for 20 years.

Her current role as Senior Executive Development Specialist with RCSI Institute of Leadership involves working with senior leaders in the healthcare sector to develop their management and leadership capabilities through a range of executive development and academic programmes up to PhD level.
Mary is passionate about leveraging the strengths of the Multigenerational Workplace and is a renowned key speaker on this topic. Her other research interests are Women in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence and Leadership.
Prior to joining RCSI, Mary was Head of Talent and Learning for Deloitte Ireland for 7 years.
In December 2019, Mary was one of 15 people awarded a ‘Coaching Hero Award’ by Minister of State for Higher Education from Kingstown College to mark her contribution to the coaching field in Ireland.
Mary’s doctoral research has been published as part of the book ‘Managing Professionals & other Smart People’ in 2015. Her most recent book ‘Recruiting Talented Professionals’ was published in May 2021.

Anne Eustace

Anne Eustace. C. Psychol. is a chartered organisational psychologist with over twenty-five years experience of applied research, development and evaluation in both the public and private sectors.

Her specialist interests include personal and organisational wellbeing, strategic preparation and planning, quality assurance and applying evaluation as a learning tool to strengthen focus and effectiveness. Anne has conducted a range of applied research and evaluation assignments at both national and local levels. She is allied with the Adult Education Department in the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. She has designed, tutored and assessed adult education programmes in NUIM for many years. This includes psychology, organisational development, self care and wellbeing.
